
Though we know Hot Squeeze makes just about anything taste better, we have listed here some of our favorite recipes concocted with our sexy sauce!
Corned Beef and Cabbage
- 3lbs. corned beef (in package, including spice mix)
- 1 large head of cabbage (sliced into ½ inch wedges)
- 4 carrots (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 5 new potatoes (quartered)
- ½ cup Hot Squeeze
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
Place corned beef in a large (6-8 qt.) crock pot or pot on the stove. Pour enough water in to cover the beef by one inch. Add the contents of the spice packet and cover and cook on medium for one hour (in crockpot, cook for two hours). Add the carrots, potatoes and cabbage and continue to cook on low until the beef and vegetables are fork tender (2-3 hours more.)
Before serving, remove corned beef and vegetables from the broth and place in baking dish. Mix together the Hot Squeeze and Dijon mustard and spread over the corned beef. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serve Corned Beef and Cabbage with additional Hot Squeeze.
