Hot Squeeze Glazed Grilled Salmon
  • 2 lbs. salmon filets, center cut
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot Squeeze

Prepare barbecue grill with medium hot coals and oil grill rake well OR preheat oven broiler. Rub salmon with oil and salt and pepper. Cook 8-10 minutes turning once. During last minute of cooking, squeeze Hot Squeeze over filets, watch that they don’t burn. Remove from grill or oven and glaze each filet with Hot Squeeze. Serves 4.
