Grilled Salmon or Pork Tenderloin with Hot Squeeze
  • Serves 4
  • 4-6 oz salmon filets or 1 1.5 lb side of salmon
  • OR 2 pork tenderloins, 3/4 lb each
  • 3 TB ground cumin
  • 3 TB light brown sugar
  • Hot Squeeze

Combine cumin and brown sugar (add salt and pepper if desired). Rub all sides of salmon or pork and let marinate at least one hour. Grill salmon 8-12 minutes or pork tenderloin 20-25 minutes. After flipping halfway through drizzle with Hot Squeeze. Serve with Hot Squeeze.
