Recipes: Tailgating Made Easy Flank Steak Wraps

Prepare ahead of time:
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tsp ground cumin
- 5 tbsp cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp Hot Squeeze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 med. onions, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 10-inch tortillas
- 2 lbs flank steak
Mix spices and rub on flank steak. Put in ziplock bag. Pour in vinegar and Hot Squeeze and marinate 1-3 hours.
Grill flank steak over medium coals approx. 7 minutes each side. While steak is grilling, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until golden. The longer they cook the sweeter they are. (Can add some Hot Squeeze here!)
Game day:
Spread mayonnaise on tortilla, layer with sliced steak, onions, crumbled bleu cheese and generous drizzle of Hot Squeeze. Seal in foil. Heat ahead or place on side of grill to reheat.
