Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ cup Hot Squeeze
  • Salt and pepper

Cut sweet potatoes in half and cook in salted water until soft. Drain well and peel. Mash with butter, cream and Hot Squeeze. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
