Salad Vinaigrette with an Almost-Empty Bottle of Hot Squeeze
Add to the dregs of a bottle of Hot Squeeze:
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup canola oil
Shake the bottle well.
