Salad Vinaigrette with an Almost-Empty Bottle of Hot Squeeze

Add to the dregs of a bottle of Hot Squeeze:

• 1/3 cup wine vinegar
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 cup canola oil

Shake the bottle well.
